XP Coaching
Eric Geiger hosts Executive pastor “learning communities” for other executive pastors to grow alongside one another in key disciplines related to the role of executive pastor.
Each learning community will gather selected executive pastors for six months of networking and focused discussion around key aspects of the role of executive pastor. Facilitating and coaching will be provided by Eric.
The Format
- A small group of Executive pastors networking and learning from each other
- Six month commitment
- Four group meetings in Miami hosted by Eric (all day Friday)
- Two phone conferences with Eric
- Online learning/discussion via a private Google Group
The Content
The discussion during the four gatherings in Miami and the subsequent online interaction will be based on the following four executive pastor disciplines:
- Leading Up & Leading Down (Staff Management)
- Ministry Design/Programming
- Church Administration/Systems
- Mission Engagement
